Abstract

This study employed bibliometric methods to systematically retrieve academic literature on personalized recommendation systems and surfing-related injuries from the Web of Science Core Collection database between 2020 and 2025. After screening and analysis, 189 relevant papers were identified and analyzed using Citespace and VOS viewer software. The research explored five dimensions—core authors, journals, national distribution, keyword co-occurrence, and clustering relationships—to reveal the knowledge structure and development trends in this field.
